About the Camp
The first camp built for the whole athlete.
Return to the Brick is a free one-day basketball camp for high school girls in grades 9–12 — co-hosted by professional athlete Brittney Sykes and BCBA and Founder of Practiced, N'Kayah Kersey.
This isn't just a basketball camp. It's a full-day experience designed to develop athletes on and off the court — grounded in behavioral science and built around The Practiced Method.
Two former Lady Phoenix alumni. One shared mission — to give the next generation what they need to become the standard.

Common questions.

What should athletes bring?
Athletes should bring athletic wear, basketball sneakers, a water bottle, and high energy. We recommend eating breakfast and arriving early enough for registration.
Is transportation provided?
Transportation is not provided. Athletes are responsible for their own transportation to and from University High School in Newark, NJ.
What is The Practiced Method?
The Practiced Method is the behavioral performance system behind Practiced — combining behavioral science, environmental design, and athlete wellness to develop the whole athlete. This camp is powered by that methodology. Learn more at wearepracticed.com.
Do athletes need to play varsity or have a certain skill level?
No. This camp is open to all high school girls in grades 9–12 regardless of skill level. Whether your athlete is a starter or just getting started — this day is built for her.
