Leadership is Practiced.
Mental toughness is Practiced.
Communication is Practiced.
The standard is Practiced.
What is Practiced?

Built by behavior.
Proven in the room.

Founded by N'Kayah Kersey, PRACTICED. is a behavioral performance company built for sports organizations.

We don't coach plays. We build the systems that shape what your team repeatedly does — in practice, in the locker room, on the road, and when it matters most.

Most program problems aren't talent problems. They're behavior problems. And behavior can be built.

Through The Practiced Method — a five-phase behavioral performance system grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis, Constraints-Led Approach, and the AWE Framework — we work with athletes, coaches, athletic directors, and organizational leaders to identify what their program is actually practicing. And build systems around what it should be.

The result isn't just a team that performs.
It's a team that is the standard.

Stories of Impact

The work speaks
for itself.

"

I just want to say I really enjoyed our meeting today, it really touched me. Not just on a basketball spectrum, but with life in general. So, thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to talk to me and listen to me without judging me. You give great advice and I truly believe that the coaches see a positive change in me because of you.

The Challenge

An athlete demonstrated difficulty performing under pressure — turnovers, distraction, and emotional breakdowns during games. A structured reset routine and cue phrase were developed and practiced.

The Outcome

Improved ability to reset during games, increased composure, and more consistent performance under pressure.

She did a great job yesterday making the first read and only hesitated once. She is starting to see her game and the things she needs to change.
